Chief Operations officer

Inam Yousafzai is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Civic Influencers, where he leads the organization’s operations and drives the development of financial plans, strategic budgets, and administrative frameworks to ensure efficiency and compliance. With over a decade of experience in global development, Inam has managed complex humanitarian operations across multiple countries, overseeing finance, administration, logistics, and human resources.

Before joining Civic Influencers, Inam played a key role at NYC Health + Hospitals, where he managed COVID-19 operations and later led the Cancer Care Center at the Ambulatory Care Center of Kings County Hospital. He also held leadership positions with several humanitarian aid organizations, including Doctors Without Borders, responding to major crises and emergencies across the Middle East and Africa, including Syria, Yemen, Djibouti, Nigeria, Turkey, and Iraq.

Inam holds a master’s degree in Management Science. He is passionate about empowering young people and strengthening democracy through civic engagement. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring diverse cultures, music, and food.
