Shaniqua Rudd is a Philadelphian born and raised. During her undergraduate studies at Saint Joseph’s University, she was exposed to the world of Development as the beneficiary of many academic scholarships. Since then, Shaniqua has dedicated herself to the non-profit sector in appointed leadership roles where she specializes in fundraising strategy, major gifts, and individual giving campaigns. Her engagements with organizations reflect her passion for social justice, equal opportunity, and youth empowerment. Shaniqua joined the Civic Influencers team in February 2025 as the Director of Development & Fundraising and is excited to uncover the vast number of philanthropists waiting to support young people in their civic endeavors!
